2 cases of cervical pregnancy are reported. Both patients, 25 & 37 year old and had 2 & 10 times of D & C respectively, were treated as total hysterectomy because of uncontrolable profuse ,painless vaginal bleeding. The exact cause of this lower uterine pregnancy is not known, howevere, permanent injury to the uterine mucosa usually duen to:operative-dilatation of endocervical canal is suspected.
